It doesnt mean we dont market the home, it just means we are only willing to represent the seller when it is our own listing. Ethically, you cant get the seller the best price and the buyer the best deal. Its just not possible.

If you are a buyer looking to purchase a home, we will ONLY represent you! we will ask the seller to cover closing costs, ask them to purchase a home warranty for you, ask to have the furnace cleaned and serviced etc...and get YOU the best price possible.
